By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, making a booking, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Oma Pet Care (formerly Oma Pet Boarding) provides cage-free dog boarding, supervised pet day care, spa and grooming, air-conditioned doorstep pet transit, and 24/7 pet cremation and farewell services across our hubs in Noida, Faridabad, and Gurugram. Service availability may vary by hub and season.

• Bookings can be made through our website, our online booking portal (booking.omapetboarding.com), by phone, or via WhatsApp.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pet at the time of booking.
• A slot is considered reserved only once confirmed by us, and where applicable, on receipt of any advance or deposit.

To protect every pet in our care, you confirm and agree that:

• Your pet is in good general health and is fully vaccinated, including anti-rabies and core vaccinations appropriate to its species and age.
• Your pet is dewormed and free from ticks, fleas, and contagious conditions.
• You will provide valid vaccination records on request.
• You have disclosed any medical conditions, medication needs, allergies, dietary requirements, and any history of aggression or biting.
• We may refuse, isolate, or send home any pet showing signs of illness, parasites, or aggression, to protect other animals and our staff.

• Provide truthful, complete information about your pet and keep your contact details current.
• Provide a reachable emergency contact for the duration of any stay.
• Disclose any behavioural issues that could affect your pet or others.
• Ensure your pet is fit and suitable for a shared-care environment.

Fees depend on the service, plan, duration, and any add-ons such as transit, spa, or extended stays, and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms are as stated at the time of booking or on your invoice. Additional services requested during a stay will be charged accordingly.

• To cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us as early as possible using your booking contact details.
• Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice are eligible for rescheduling or a refund of any advance, less applicable processing or administrative charges.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the advance or deposit.
• Pet cremation and emergency pick-up services, once dispatched or begun, are time-critical and are not refundable.
• Specific cancellation terms shown at the time of booking or on your signed check-in form take precedence where they differ.

Please adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times. Pick-ups beyond the agreed time or grace period may incur additional day charges. If a pet is not collected within a reasonable period after the scheduled check-out and we are unable to reach you despite reasonable attempts, additional boarding charges will continue to apply, and the pet may be treated as abandoned under applicable law.

If your pet appears unwell or injured during a stay, you authorise us, at our reasonable discretion, to arrange veterinary care. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact first where practical. You remain responsible for all veterinary and related costs incurred for your pet.

Boarding, day care, group play, and transit involve inherent risks, including stress, illness, injury, or escape, even when reasonable care is taken. You accept these inherent risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for conditions that were pre-existing or undisclosed, for outcomes beyond our reasonable control, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We handle pet cremation with dignity and care. Private and communal options may be offered; for communal cremation, individual ashes are not returned. By requesting cremation, you confirm that you are the pet's owner or are authorised to make this decision. Given the urgent and emotional nature of these services, timelines are indicative and we will keep you informed.

We may capture photos and videos of pets in our care to share updates with you and, from time to time, for our website, social media, and promotional material. If you prefer that your pet's images are not used for marketing, let us know in writing and we will honour your request.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of undisclosed aggression, a health risk to other animals or staff, non-payment, or abusive conduct toward our team.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, is the property of Oma Pet Care or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without prior written permission.

Our online booking portal and any payment processing are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.

Our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, we do not guarantee any specific outcome. Information on this website is general in nature and may be updated without notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oma Pet Care and its team against any claims, losses, or costs arising from inaccurate or undisclosed information about your pet, or from your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi NCR.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update. Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
